Each hoop is hand made, so no two hoops are exactly alike. The hoop is made out of industrial PVC tubing, so it is strong and durable. The tape on your hoop is special order tape. The tapes we chose to work with give you the most color and design options. The friction tape we use helps the hoop grip and stick to your body and clothes, ideal for arm hooping with long sleeves on.

Hoops range in sizes and weight. A kids hoop is smaller and lighter than an adult hoop. Adult hoops are made with heavier material and are larger than the average store hoop, not recommended for children. The heavier material makes it easier to hoop and is best for beginners and for getting a great work out. Once you start working on off the body tricks you may want to progress to a dance hoop, a heavy hoop may bruise your hands. A dance hoop is usually a little smaller than the average adult hoop and is made out of lighter material.
